An initial phone conversation takes 15 to 20 minutes. A site visit is typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on the size of the space. We do not charge for either.
It depends on hardware lead times and site availability. Most small to medium projects are completed within 2 to 4 weeks of approval. We discuss timelines during the consultation phase.
Yes. We regularly work evenings and weekends to avoid disrupting your team or students. This is standard for school installations, which are planned for holiday periods wherever possible.
Contact us. Our Auckland-based support team responds quickly to post-installation issues. We do not charge for issues caused by our own installation work.
